ABOUT ME

My name is Lucy Farr and my motivation is discovering and helping you to achieve your personal fitness goals. Motivation is a large part of my personal training ethos and I follow up with my clients between sessions to check on their progress.

 

Life is about balance and moderation and you will learn how to attain these as we work together to achieve your goals. Exercise alone isn't enough. There are three important key elements that go together:

Sleep, Movement and Nutrition

We will work on all three areas as part of your everyday routine to give you the benefit of a better lifestyle.

I believe in the power of discipline, teaching you to make good choices and adopt good habits every day until they become the norm. I’m no saint, and I enjoy a G&T or chocolate bar as the odd treat. Just not every day. I’ve learnt to make better choices and be disciplined when it’s not a treat day.

 

We all have days when it’s hard motivating ourselves to think about our health and fitness. But making the effort, pushing through and finishing your training session will leave you with a sense of achievement and feeling great. I can’t wait to get working with you!
