WOMEN ONLY SESSIONS
Training sessions can be booked as either 1:1, 2:1 for you and a friend, or a Bootcamp of up to 4 or 6 people depending on the class. The sessions are different each time with a mix of HIIT, strength training, mat work, cardio, circuits, and more. I like to work on the element of surprise for my clients so that your fitness training never becomes mundane and boring. We focus on fun, working hard to your ability level whilst challenging yourself at each training session.
I work with you as an individual to discover your reasons for joining a gym and focusing on your personal goals. Whether it’s a quick bounce back to fitness after a short break away or starting a whole new way of daily living, I can help. You’ll get fitter, healthier, lose weight, gain strength and confidence, and increase positive mental health. ^24 hours notice must be given for the session to be rescheduled. Sessions cancelled on the day are charged at the full rate as it is too short notice to fill the gap with another client.
